Same problem, however not even 1 v1 works for me. I queue up for anything multiplayer and after a few minutes I get error 0002000115.
Can't group with people either. So I cannot even play co-op campaign. My NAT is open. Firewall off. No idea what to do.
Closed and Open betas were all fine for me as well.

It seems it is not only tied with regional change, but this is the only difference between worked in OBT client and release client, which I've noticed. Since no Ubi employees' answer to this problem is exist all we can do is talking and making suggestions here and asking for the possibility to buy international game or have common matchmaking.
