UbiSailorScout helped me fix this issue once, I had to run a memtest among other things. Maybe give that a shot/Check articles on how to do that. Hope this helps, man. I've had an issue that's gone unresolved for the last week.

FYI for anyone who still has issues with the game not launching - You may have to go into your BIOS to disable integrated graphics

Please be aware to anyone who is attempting those steps, that changing BIOS settings can cause severe issues if done incorrectly.
