All in the title, Quick chat won't appear, it works fine but I don't know the commands by heart so I'm fumbling in the dark, checked settings, toggled on and off, restarted, changed key bind, verified steam files.

It works fine, just won't appear on screen, I don't even hear the clicking noise indicating that you hit the button, it worked in the first half of the beta I just chalked it up to a random bug with the beta but upon launching the full game it's still an issue.

Hoping its a simple fix

Tested all resolutions and etc to see if it was appearing off screen or something, no dice.
