Officialy i will say, ubisoft scammer company. They didn't help me in support, they ignore me, because "NOT MANY PEOPLE PLAYING IN YOUR REGION", so, they not give are single **** about my country. Why they need to waste time and money on me? I am from KAZAKHSTAN NO ONE FKN PLAY IN KAZAKHSTAN, LET'S IGNORE THIS PEOPLE. I will try to get my justice in other ways.
