Region-locked copies, VPN? What are you talking about?
Default retailers, nothing about region lock. Simple RU-region purchase.

I wish I can get back in time and buy "region-locked" game through EU VPN

You can't miss this message in steam: "Purchases made in this region will only receive the English, Russian, and Simplified Chinese languages."
But i found nothing about region lock in uplay. I wonder why steam offers english option and uplay not. Original language + your region language seems to be the only logical option to offer. It also makes no sense to offer chinese option, rly, how many ppl study it? What use of this option, if u can't even identify those letters or whatever it is.

Yeah! It's very easy to do for the developer. The option to play in English is available in every game I have! ... except "For Honor"...

Bump. Same issue. Russian translation is not very accurate so I'd prefer using english. Can anyone please upload language files for it?

Buying in Steam doesn't help actually. I bought it in steam and still can only use english audio, but not interface or subtitles.
