Anyone else get the message, "Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page."??

My gold code that came in my preordered physical edition is not working... Lol wtfbbqsaucemate?

I'm getting the same thing but with the deluxe edition. Contacted xbox support and they sent me to ubi but said my code is valid and it's probably on ubi's end

I have the same issue. Support tried giving me another code but it was the exact same code. So then they just told me to wait.
