I have this same problem... I play in the Open beta :/

I also don't have the beta rewards, I played open and closed beta, got renown 1 on warden in closed beta and renown 2 on warden in open beta.
Plus knights supposedly won the faction war, and no rewards there.

me too, and i chose the knights faction who won, no emblem rewards or open beta rewards??
