How to claim rewards? | Forums

I have logged into the official game and can not get any of my rewards except the pre-order one. Any ideas? It says I did not participate in Open or Closed beta when I did, logged into the same account but it is still locked on uplay...

Many people are having this issue so don't worry. I'd assume it's clearly because it's all too early and the game has not been fully released all over the world and these little timezone differences come into play as well. Give it some time, a few hours at most is my guess.

Btw, I have asked on other threads as well but I'm too curious, are there any rewards related to closed alpha only (such as emblem) or only beta rewards like Emblems of Old? It's gonna be at least a few hours before I get the physical copy delivered and this is essential for me to know
