Hi

i have a question in regards to refunding for honor as this nat strict problem has made the game unplayable. I have done all the steps dmz/port forwarding/isp etc etc, i've basically been trying for the past 4 hours and nothing works so i want to refund it.

In saying that i found this think;

Which states "Exceptions: All sales on PC digital content are final. Video games, computer games, and merchandise may NOT be returned if opened, unsealed, washed, worn, or non-defective."

So will they indeed not refund the product?

Have this exact problem and I've been ranting about it in various posts for a while. At this point I consider this a defective product, if they won't take the refund contest the charge with your CC company. This is 100% unacceptable.

100% agree i've been reading all the threads n such and they haven't repsonded once.

because our networks are not restricted. read up on the actual issue before making an ignorant comment plz.

There were TWO betas where you could test game for compatibility with your system. There is no one to blame but yourself for not doing any research.

played the open beta, no problem and no nothing has changed in regards to my router etc
