Official whine about Steam pre-load bs wait times | Forums

I'm going to go ahead and kick this off. I realize this is a steam thing and not ubis fault but currently with my 100mb pipe steam says I should be able to play in 2 day 17 hrs and change. Such bs, god I hate Steam pre-load, I truly wish I had ordered from Ubi...this is insane..so much for playing tonight.

i pre-downloaded already and still it's taking ~18 minutes to unpack. grrrr

I pre-loaded too, now it says...I #$@% you not, more than a year to unpack...lol


edit: stabilized around an hour or so to unpack....on an ssd drive...man, I don't know why it takes me so long to unpack Steam pre=loads...but I don't like it...not one bit.
