valkyrie's charge cancel work a half | Forums

In the list of the valkyrie's combo it said that you can cancel her shield charge with the light attack to perform her jump attack or with the guard break button to perform a guard break. It works for the light attack but it doesn't with the guard break button it doesn't cancel the charge so no guard break. Plz fix this issue or if she's not supposed to cancel her charge into a guard break then don't say this is possible.

I hope you will read this because for the beta I said something similar for the conqueror but i got ignored.

I agree with you, was just practicing with valkyrie and realized that the shield tackle can not be canceled into guardbreak. I hope it gets fixed soon. That also goes for conquerer if he still has the issue carried over to the full game since beta.

No guys ur wrong, finally i found out what it mean. YOU NEED TO DASH FORWARD AND GUARD BREAK. When ur in shield mode after dashing back. Ur welcome

.yeah but no delatv I see what you mean, you can cancel the stance by dashing wherever and then you can guardbreak like a normal guardbreak but this is not how it is supposed to work. For example the kensei can cancel his unblockable attack just by changing your guard and then attack without any cancel button or the shugoki can cancel his heavy attack into a demon charge etc... The Valkyrie is clearly bugged at this point.
