[PC]Cannot find any type of multiplayer game? need help please | Forums

evening gentlemen,

Since launch this morning ive been trying to find a multiplayer game of any type. from pvp or pve. the matchmaking process searches for a game then throws up error code 0002000115. this has been happening all day to me, ive restarted my game, verified files and even gave the game a 5 hour rest. im lost and not sure if its me or the servers. any ideas ?


I brought the game off uplay store if thats any help.

Yeah. On the same boat. Can't find any game, then times out. Have open NAT.

Not sure what's going on.

Yes same here. No problems in the Alhpa or Beta but since launch... no Games

Do you have RU-CN version by any chance ?

I have the same problem. Played open beta without any problems. Always green nat symbol and i even opened all my ports today. I can play single-player campaign and vs AI in multiplayer but the matchmaking search is infite (no errors, just endless search without any results). I bought an UK Version of GMG and play from germany, if thats relevant. Trying it after reinstalling atm.

greetings. This is because Matchmaking is fixed to the language your client is. There are no players online with your language in this game mode, thats why this error occurs. Good luck in single player

Saw your earlier post. Are you using RU-CN client ?

I cant confirm it myself atm, but i called my friend, who is playing RU-CN version right now and he has no matchmaking issues whatsoever. 15 sec wait time.

What? Does it mean there are no english speaking people in EU playing at the moment? Why shouldnt there be english speaking people playing? Should it work if i switch my client to german?

Thats weird, yes, RU-CN
2 friends of mine got same problems, but we haven't tried to play all the same time to check if it is possible to connect.
2v2 brawl vs ai found in 2 mins, 4v4 elimination vs ai for 30 mins.

And futhermore, my NAT type - Unknown

They still cant to make it work ;D omfg

Should i ask for refund already !?
