the patch notes for open beta (changes from closed/alpha) were posted on their news page, however i can't find anything about changes since open beta

specifically i'm looking for nerfs/buffs

PK's 2nd and 3rd stab do zero damage atm, it didn't have that issue in the open beta. so it's fair to assume some stuff didn't get listed on that list.

That is a confirmed bug. It will be fixed.
