    Same problem now.. In the open beta the Nat was Green, with same configuration.. Any idea?

    Hi Ezzay - Looks like you went through most of the instructions we have regarding connectivity in our FAQ, but if you're still having problems I'd highly suggest opening a ticket with support. Keep in mind that as it is release day, support has a huge influx of tickets to deal with and so response times may be a little slow.

    If you've already opened a ticket and it's been longer than 24 hours, feel free to PM me your ticket # and I'll look into it. Also, please refrain from bumping your threads in the future as it is against forum rules.
