Everytime I am in guard stance (pressing LT) and I want to do a heavy (RT) I don't do a heavy but leave the guard stance. I had to switch to toggle mode to actually use heavys, it's really annoying.
Does anybody else have this problem and know how to fix it?

I have found this happens to me if my controller disconnects while playing. Only way I have found to fix it is restarting the game. If your controller isn't disconnecting I'm not sure what the issue may be.
