    what ubisoft is talking about

ubisoft said about clean booting. that is basicly reinstalling your windows. it is like resetting your pc and then putting the back-up you made back into it.

Hi Kalevek! You may want to view this FAQ for assistance. You may also want to do a fresh install of the Uplay client.

Kinda sad that you just can't admit you don't have the same bandwidth available as the other download services. It's not that we're having problems downloading, it's just literally slower than even Battle.net. Steam I regularly get 35MB/s but uplay client tops out at 15.8MB/s on a good day. Even battle.net can get 22MB/s, usually 30MB/s. But not uplay, Yes, my bandwidth is set to no limitation. I was nice and bought it from your store but if I bought it from steam, I'd already be playing it instead of complaining about your low download bandwidth.

edit: even GOG Galaxy hit 26MB/s downloading Hellblade (to a HDD) right after maxing out at 15.8MB/s on Far Cry New Dawn (to an SSD). Nothing changed but the client used to download software.

Task manager reports that value in megaBITS. So you need to divide that number by 8. Therefore your 100Mbps = 12.5MBps.

    MegaBytes vs. Megabits.
