I have ran Uplay Game Launder as "System Administer", ensured that Uplay was allowed through the Firewall, and did a Clean boot of Windows. Uplay is still limited to 3.5mb/s when my actual download speed through fios is 30. Any other suggestions?

75Mbps download speed. Currently getting 700Kbps will UPlay whilst downlaoding Rainbow Six Siege, estimated to take 1 day and 9 hours to download

I have 1000/1000mbit connection and it's downloading at 200-300kB/s.

I have 100/100MB/s and I'm stuck between 3-6MB/s through UPlay.

I don't know what the issue is, don't know how to fix it, and I'm sure Ubisoft would want it solved as well. I did try everything, and some other ways, but nothing made it improve more than 10-20% for more than a few minutes.

I had the same problem but all you need to do is to boot up Your computer in safe mode With network.
To do this you need to hold the Windows button and r at the same time and in the Box type msconfig.
Then Select startup and check safe mode and With Network. It fixed my problem.

Just bought a Far Cry 5 and it says it will take 7 days to download. Waaaaaaat a piece of .... plastic software

On friday i wanna download division, but nooo, speed 100 kB/s. Reinstall uplay, reboot, try again, nooope. Then i saw update to far cry 5, but again failure 100 kB/s. It's first time i got that slow transfer. Normally i have 17 MB/s. What's going on?
Ubisoft pages also slowdown. To dowload uplay installer i lost 15 minuts.
