    Thank you!

Thanks for the tip. It helps me to understand bandwith settings. I've almost lost my hope and wait for 6 days to download Rainbow Six Siege. So check your Bandwith settings guys.

Note: I dont know english enough, sorry for wrong words or anything else

same issue with slow download speed

as I see this issue is well known for a longer period of time. why is this still the case? I'm member since yesterday and was hyped to download my first game. 30 gb , no real problem usually with a 200mbit bandwith and 11-12mb/s download speed but here I am hovering around 3-4mb. don't know why. I'm not doing anything else rn with this computer and I already checked out the steps with dns flus, reset router etc.

Sorry to hear you are also experiencing a slow download speed.

Please do follow the steps in this article.

If you still have issues, please create a support ticket and include your Dxdiag and MSinfo files.

Please also include your Uplay PC log files.

    Thanks!

if you are having trouble with download speeds on uplay

I was having an issues with downloads capping at 200 kb/s even tho i have 1 gig fiber in my house. uplay naturally sucks compared to any other competitor but that's another topic. i realized that my Ethernet was set to 100MB/s, i changed it to auto and now i am getting my normal speed for uplay, granted still not even close to what i get on anything else but its better then 200kb/s thats fs

Ethernet is auto, Speedtest is at 60+Mbps, download caps at 8Mbps on Uplay services... Coming from a networking career, it should not be as hard as to port forward and change DNS settings just to get a better connection allowed. Even though I know some ISP providers limits the bandwidth, if Speedtest gives you a connection from a different app then Explorer (like Google Chrome, for example), it will give you the real connection. Ergo, even though it might be an external software problem, it is pretty common and should be fixed, allowing us to follow clear and easy instructions, or even a simple button with access permission to modify and allow the program to act as intended,

Hi. I have 400/75 MBit internet and also getting MAX 4-6 MB/s. For me it should be possible to get 50 MB/s Maxed out. uPlay, please put up your speed. It sure must be an uPlay issue, just like Windows Store and Playstation Store are super slow downloads.... Will simply find other places to bey my games, sadly. Get your servers up to speed........
Regards here from Denmark, where we have good internet....
