Glad to hear that you are not experiencing issues yourself, King_Leo_911 Can you confirm where you are residing, and which ISP (Internet Service Provider) you are with, for us to see if there are any links? It would be interesting / useful to know if you share an ISP / locale with anyone affected.

Yeah, sure, I'm located in Bulgaria, and I use Bulsactom as my ISP. Nothing special, but they always deliver on the speeds and I've had no issues so far. Let me know if I can be useful in any other way.

Thanks for providing me with this information, King_Leo_911! It all helps.

If anyone affected could now let me know their locale and ISP, for me to start seeing if there are any common trends, that would be great.

So i just brought Assassins Creed Odyssey for Uplay, then brought the DLC. The game is downloading at 2.4 MB/s, my download speed is 15.87 MB/s, i just limited my bandwidth usage to 16 MB/s (despite it making more sense to have it uncapped) and it did nothing. I've even set Uplay to realtime priory in task manager. This is annoying, everything else, like other users in this thread works fast, the only one i can think of would be blizzard launcher, but it is also blizzard, Currently the game is at 42 GB out of 90 (47% installed), and its going to take the next 5 hours to fully install, 2 hours to play the game. Just in case your wondering im using Virgin media (UK) and nothing is downloading in the background

    Hey Astridnomical,

Sorry to hear that you are encountering low download speeds.

Have you checked with Virgin to see if there isn't any restrictions on the bandwidth being imposed due to the current Coronavirus situation? I have seen reports of some ISP's and service providers limiting bandwidth to ease the strain on ISP's.

Bought Rainbow Six Siege UE earlier and have a 80mb home line. Initial speeds were 1.2mb down and tried to see why it was so slow. Suggestions were to try and log in as administrator but it has now dipped to 340 kB/s and will take 2 Days 14hrs at present........any suggestions? Tried logging in as admin, rebooting router etc.........cheers

    Hey amurray2006,

Sorry to hear your download speed is low.

Have you tried completing the steps in this FAQ?

I'm still having the same issues even after performing all actions stated in the FAQ. I am currently downloading Silent Hunter 5 at 150 kB/s with a gigabit connection. I can perform a speed test while downloading and get speeds of 400+ Mbps while still only downloading at ~150 kB/s. It's planning on taking almost a full day to download a file I should be able to get in literal seconds.

Edit: Note that I use Google Fiber in the Southeast.

Edit 2: It's now been hovering around 17 kB/s for the last 10 minutes or so. 2 and a half day estimate now.

Edit 3: I was able to complete the download. Ended up being a bit less than 2 days.

Hey NotABigStreamer - welcome to the Ubisoft Forums!

I am sorry to hear that your download of Silent Hunter 5 took so long - but I am glad that you were at least able to finish it. You mentioned completing all of the steps in our support article - did this include portforwarding?

If so, I'd love to investigate the issues you're experiencing further with you if you can submit a screenshot of your portforwarding via a support case.
