That's what the problem was for me so you should try it. Btw you don't drag the circle to change the speed, you click on the bar.
Ah, so it was capped? Glad to hear that you discovered this and were able to update the cap to something more appropriate for your connection.

    Super slow

    Hi
My downloadspeed is usually about 30-50 mb/s and now when i'm trying to download rainbowsix siege again after the files being corrupt it's on 5 at it's highest. I tried FAQ thing but it didn't work and support doesn't let me in. I'm just constantly in a loadingscreen.

EDIT: Weird thing! My network monitor shows uPlay Launcher using ~18Mbps but the only thing downloading is Assassins Creed Black Flag, and uPlay shows it downloading in the 3-5Mbps range.
I know this is very old tread, but for me Task Manager shows that No Program is using Network, even UPlay while he is downloading at ~ 1.3 MB/s
Im tring to download rainbow six siege 110 Gb in 3 days only 24 Gb have been downloading 24/7

    Uplay client slow DL Speed

I have Gigabyte internet. All other game clients on my machine download over well over 100Mbps but Uplay maxes at 6Mbps but runs steady around 3mbps. Please address this issue.

Ok so this happened to me and it was only letting my m.2drive reach 10mbps so I was messing with some stuff and I figured out if you go into download setting and where it says download place or whatever just click default and that took my speeds from 10-40 or I clicked sum stuff randomly and it worked

    Hello everyone,

If you are experiencing issues with your download speeds, please ensure to run Uplay PC with administrator permissions and complete our connectivity troubleshooting for the client in the first instance.

It would be helpful for us to know what ISP (Internet Service Provider) you are served by and your country of residence if issues persist, for us to check if there are any reported issues under investigation that you could be impacted by.

Ipoclorato: Hi there! Thanks for coming in about this! I do appreciate you sharing that information about your internet speed tests. Can you also please tell me if you have tried the steps that were offered by Ubi-Woofer?
