I have access to 2 different ISP's. Both download at 900kb to 1.5 MB/s .... I thought my wife and I would be playing some Breakpoint since we purchased it last night... Started the download thinking it would be done after I slept and returned home from work... Almost... 4 gigs to go after downloading for ~ 17 hours...

I get less then 50 percent of my dl speed as well, should be getting 130Mb/s, instead on Ubi i routinely get even less then 65

This is ridiculous... I'm currently getting 1.2MB/s from Ubisoft Connect. It's NOTHING on my end. I've rebooted my modem and router, I've connected my laptop directly to my router vs. wifi, I've switched my DNS to Google, I've played with VPNs, I've disabled my Windows firewall. Nothing helps.

Meanwhile I started downloading Call Of Duty Advanced Warfare from Steam as a comparison and it's getting 60MB/s. The issue isn't on my side; it's on yours and it needs to be fixed. I'm currently downloading Valhalla and it's 12 hours into a 24 hour download.

This is unacceptable; please don't point me to your troubleshooting articles because they don't work. It's on your end.

Hey Ahrimanes, I'm sorry to hear that your download speeds have been very reduced compared to other game clients. To look into this further since you've not found relief in our support articles, can you let me know the ISP you use and your region? Have you also always had this issue with Ubisoft Connect, or did it only start recently?

I'm in New York and have Spectrum. As for if this just happened, I haven't downloaded anything from Ubisoft Connect in a little while so I can't say how long this would have been going on.

I still have another hour to go; I started downloading Valhalla last night; this is kinda irritating.

And a bit more info... I've done this over wireless and LAN. I've tried setting Google DNS on my router. I've rebooted. I've removed/reinstalled Ubisoft Connect. I've verified the download limit isn't on. I've turned it on and set it for max speed. Nothing fixes it. And, again, Steam downloads perfectly fine and a Speedtest I just ran is showing 482Mbps.

I've connected my laptop to my VPN provider (which usually only runs on my desktop) and tried multiple regions. I've disabled my Windows firewall and also disabled my antivirus. Nothing fixes it. And since my speed is fine and Steam. Epic and GOG games all download fine.

This Valhalla download, no exaggeration, has taken nearly 24 hours at this point. And when I'm done I'd like to download Fenix: Immortal Rising but I'm afraid it's going to take another 24 hours.
