I ordered the collectors gold edition and it arrived just fine but there is a problem. Microsoft is not accepting the code for the gold edition/season pass and is saying that it might require extra steps to redeem. The only steps listed are to redeem on the website itself by entering all 25 characters or on the Xbox. Neither method is working.
