I just can launch the game. I preordered , preloaded, i did all in advance , now it's 2 am, 2 hours the game has been release, and i'm here stuck in the Uplay launcher with a game that won't launch.

Game doesn't release for everyone for another 12 hours.

As far as long queue times this SHOULD be why.

Not being able to launch the game even after unlocking. There was a dev post in another forum telling someone to completely uninstall everything to do with For honor (beta's included) since they weren't getting any errors. And then reinstall.

That person also commented it didn't work and they haven't responded about it.

full of errors i cant start elimination mode at all 15 tries 15 errors...
