    Avaliable language

Hello there. I have a question.
I get this game and now able to launch it in Uplay. Some problem with rewards, but there is enough threads about this.

    MAIN QUESTION
Does this game Have Language lock and so - i will have only Rus and Some sort of asian (sorry didn't know what) language? Cause i see it's a little unfait... if Steam users will get English language (cause steam show this in avaliable languages on game page) and Uplay people who play from russia not... well - this is... SAD! Can we have english language for interface in options?

So much this.. It was a HUGE letdown for me to discover that there is no english language option in russian version of the game

This is extremely unfair. I have same sad story with only-russian for Rainbow Six Siege after I bought it in Steam. So I was hoping if I preorder this game on Uplay I'll get English version. Yet no. So dissapointed.. I also believe that there will be no way to get English version. Right Ubi?

The thing is that the region locked versions of the game are cheaper, that's why the Russian-Chinese language pack is the only one available. So if you want the English verison, you have to pay the "West" price.
At least this is what customer support told 1 year ago

PS: from what i know there are 5 packs, 3 of them without English

Games that you buy on Steam are cheaper in russia but they contain english language regardless. So it was somewhat surprising not to see it in uplay version =(

Good question. I would rather buy expensive version with English language if there was a choice or at least paid some additional amount of money for English pack.

Actually, steam buyers pay more and still have no english despite of game shop page. It is mentioned just because of english audio settings.

BTW right now you can't even pay more for english version. You just cannot play english in CIS. Only vpn workarounds.

Yeah, the pricing reason is understandable. Yet it's still really unfair to us Russian/CIS players

Most people here reeeally don't have the means to buy a game for $60 with the income levels and cheap currency we have right now. As such, we have to be stuck with the horrible Russian translation that very much detracts from the gaming experience, and the Ubisoft support team is of no use, don't provide any assistance (at least the american ones I've talked to, haven't received a response yet from the Russian team).

    Sucks a lot

Especially considering the open beta didn't have any language restrictions and it's glaringly obvious just how superior the English version is. I really hope this could get resolved somehow.

So there is main thread about language support. I agree with guys above. Rediculous not to have English by default.
