i still have not recieved my outline for open beta, knights faction, i have twitch streaming proof as well i was on knights faction if i need to create a ticket.

Most of the rewards unlocked, but the "winning faction war" still did not. And yes, of course I played as a knight.

I"m also not sure how to provide proof. I didn't bother taking screenshots (it never occurred to me it would be necessary). What other types of proof do they accpt?

My Tickets still just say that they are 'in progress' still not heard anything back about this issue. How come some people are getting the reward unlocked by reps and others aren't? Surely they can just check the log to make sure we played for the knights and give us our reward. It's been four days now.

I done Vikings company in realistic mode, but i don't get any achievement and gear for that only EXP company and Chest! Any suggestion how to fix it?
P.s. When i done Crusade and Samurais company i get all rewords! Sorry for my English.!
