Me too. I played Alpha, CB and open beta on UPlay and have the game there - no unlocks.

Preordered the game, preorder bonus outfits not in game.
Played Knights in the Open Beta, winner reward not unlocked.
Bought gold edition on steam, not sure I have the deluxe edition rewards.

I am a steam buyer. Where's my stuff that I paid for/risked a preorder for?

I've played the Closed Alpha, Closed Beta, and Open Beta and none of them are unlocked for me nor have I gotten the badge for my participation with the knights during Open Beta

Same problem as everyone here.
I played both the Closed Beta and the Open Beta as Knight, but game doesn't detect it and I can't claim my rewards.
I have screenshots and recorded footage from playing the betas, and the Open Beta is still in my library.
