same here, im assuming we are talking about the ubisoft club extras? i was in the closed and open beta and dont seem to have access

I'm having the same problem I was in both closed betas and played as knights in the open, its annoying when theres bugs like this

I only was in the knights faction in open beta and can´t access the emblem .

I'm in the same boat as you guys, was knight faction in open beta and none of the rewards have unlocked for me. the badge section of my account even says i didn't play in the beta.

Same here. I played Knights in beta and i dont have access to anything. Has anyone actually gotten access?

Me as well fought for the knights from closed technical test in december and on and have nothing unlocked

I have the same issue- was in closed beta and fought for the knights in open beta. No rewards from either. Hope it can be resolved soon :/

I also have Rainbow Six Siege and haven't unlocked the reward for that either...

Same problem here.

Should have gotten the Open Beta and Open beta winner award, not unlocking though.

Maybe the issue is I played the Open beta on Uplay und purchased the Game on Steam on the 13th (after the beta)?

Just a thought...
