season pass not working/ no beta/alpha rewards in Ubisoft club | Forums

I started the game and can play but i can't use any season pass or deluxe pack features and also when i go to ubisoft club I can't redeem the alpha/beta rewards even though I was in the closed alpha, closed beta open beta and won faction war as knigts in open beta.
Is this only a problem to me or is it becouse those features aren't working right now?

Same here! sent a support ticket, will see what they say (deluxe edition, gold edition, alpha, closed beta & open beta rewards missing) so basically any extras
