    Gluten for Punishment....

    Hey Matt, (tattooed community guy)
We can demand things from you guys.... you know why? We paid to play this game, we paid for a product that has not been delivered to date.
Day 1 players locked out of game with h crafting a backpack for over 6 weeks until you fix it.
We still have bugs and glitches from launch.
Servers.... lol. Your aware of it, investigating. You guys are always investigating and aware of something. At this point coming on 6 patches in, that excuse is wore out! We don't care how complex this game is, that's not our problem as the consumer.
Servers are so bad medkits don't heal!!!
Hackers and cheaters on PS4 now is out of control. They are literally hacking and not even trying to hide it. Out in the open in your face. No fear of being banned... probably cause it won't happen.
NPC Olympic runners chasing you for blocks while shooting with 100% precision.
Just drop the NPC patrols from the dark zone, we just want to pvp. They are a nuisance.
Multi grouping is just ridiculous. Multi grouping is for P$&@Y'S.
    That's a whole other topic...
With that being said this game has more issues then any game I have ever played. I love this game but I'm reaching my breaking point and that defeats the whole purpose of playing any game....
    Look at it this way:
If I sold you a car and you constantly had to bring it back because it kept breaking down, how would you feel? Would you have a right to be pissed and demand things.... How long would you put up with it before it was enough?!?!
    Think about it.....

Unless you mean that you want to inflict damage with a baguette, I think the phrase you're looking for is "glutton" for punishment...

Regarding your post, I think you're using the wrong approach. They know all these issues that you just mentioned. If they haven't done anything to remedy or fix any of those, I'm sure there must be a "good" reason for it...

I agree about the bread...I came here thinking this was some bizarre new form of interrogation where baked goods are used as torture.

I think that was the third torture the Spanish Inquisition (which, as you know, nobody expects) used after the rack and comfy chair.

This is completely taken out of context.

But, addressing what was brought up in this thread, yes. We have had issues with the game and we have worked tirelessly to improve on the experience for the community not just in reference to fixes, but also overhauls of the core game and quality of life improvements.

We also are continuing to work on our game with the many changes and fixes coming with Update 1.6.

Are there still things that frustrate the community? Yes. They frustrate us as well and we are investigating and preparing a whole new list of changes, fixes, improvements and tuning for the coming update.

Calling us out and saying that "investigating" is an excuse is not accurate in the least.

There are many pages of patch notes to consider, not least of which, Update 1.4.

So is the game done? Are we done with fixes? No, of course not.

But being frustrated over things we have yet to fix does not nullify any past work we've put in and continue to put in.

And finally, I understand where you are coming from, but saying that you paid for a product that has not been delivered is inaccurate. We can discuss what you want to see implemented in The Division. We can discuss what you would rather the game be. We can certainly discuss any nagging bugs and issues you experience and the team will investigate. But you purchased The Division and you received The Division. Games are a fluid environment, where we can patch and repair and tweak and tune. This is not uncommon in this industry. Do I wish we had a bit of a smoother run up to where we are now? Of course. But the title is not incomplete.

Separate point: We are having discussions on how to fix some of the nagging elements of the rogue mechanic and are definitely open to your feedback. Multi groups are a pain, I agree. But they are an issue not so easily fixed without restricting some other, legitimate way to play.
