so i activated te game with a code and it worked but i now tried to play but i didnt even get to the point where it says that the serverrs are not availble but it directly wnated me to give in a code and when i gave the code in again it said that i already have activated the code and that i should go into my libary to start the game but there it says coming soon is this normal

If you are trying to launch the game from the desktop icon, you'll get that message until the servers are live in your region. You can verify the game is actually ready for you to play in the Uplay Launcher. When you click on For Honor, under your Games list, it'll either say "Preload", "Preloaded", or "Play". Play means it's ready.

Honestly, the launch times are a little confusing. I live in California, and I purchased it through the Uplay Store. I don't think i'll be able to play until 12:00 AM PST. So, in 11.5 hours.

i bought the collecters edition and i have no pre-load at my uplay games ?!

I believe that means you'll have to wait for your physical copy. I could be wrong, so you might want to contact customer support.

By your local time, do you mean that if it's 12am for somebody else, they will have the game unlocked and I won't since I'm behind them?

Yes certain countries can already play the game.
