you muppet, I'm in Australia, game was "released" 7 hours ago but is unplayable as the servers are not up

so i activated te game with a code and it worked but i now tried to play but i didnt even get to the point where it says that the serverrs are not availble but it directly wnated me to give in a code and when i gave the code in again it said that i already have activated the code and that i should go into my libary to start the game but there it says coming soon is this normal
