    My account may be hacked! Help!

    Hello. When I tried to sign in the 9th of february, I noticed that the servers were down and couldn't log. A few hours later, when I was finally able to log in, my account nickname was changed and that all my games (some of which - RainbowsXSiege and Assassins Creed 3) were all deleted, and couldn't activate them anymore after the installation. My previous nickname was "IceFlame21" and now is changed in "MIGHTY295392" (not by me). I need help ASAP, because I cannot play the games I paid for!

    Hey there, I'm sorry to hear about this. I highly recommend you reach out to our technical support team through Facebook or Twitter. Alternatitively, depending on where you live you can call your region's support team for assistance with your account.

    I tried to contact them through Facebook, but they said that they are not able to make any kind of changes regarding my account through social media. Moreover, they suggested to submit a support question at http://support.ubi.com or find phone information here: http://ubi.li/ytyj6.
    Unfortunately, I do not have a corresponding phone number for the country I live in.

    Any suggestions?
