Pre-ordered deluxe edition but did not receive game key? | Forums

Hey guys,

Have any of you pre-ordered the deluxe edition however have not yet received your game keys? I am not able to see the game in my library either - Just the beta and 'Purchase the game' - What a slap to the face lol!

I am really concerned as Ubisoft Support are impossible to get through to and I pre-ordered this in the hopes that I would..well..get to play the game on the damn launch day? xD

Please share any information you may have! Greatly appreciated!

I have the same problem with the standard version

Checked my recent bank statement and could not find that they took the money for my previous purchase despite the confirmation last time that I had bought the game.
The game is also sitting in my cart now with the previous discount code which is odd.


Perhaps there may have been an issue with the heavy load of users on the site at the time of purchase and my order failed?

I went ahead and bought the game again ( worked out great as I got the Gold edition instead). Here's to hoping I don't get charged for an extra game come on release date xD...

there was a maintenence if iam not mistaken so that might be the cause of it
