My story:
Preordered For Honor. The checkout never asked for my 20% discount so I bought it with full price.
I had the game refunded, because I want to buy the game with the 20% discount. Ubisoft says they have refunded it, yet the game is still in my library AND I CAN DOWNLOAD THE GAME eventhough I supposedly do not own it...
That makes me doubt if the refund has actually happened or not.
Also where do I get to apply the 20% discount code for the 100 uplay points?! Can I do that in the Uplay desktop applicatopn shop? I don't see the option anywhere?!
I just wan't to buy the game but I can't even do that because Ubisoft support never responds to anything!

You should check if the game in your library isn't just the open beta. If it says "For Honor - Open Beta" it is not the actual full game.
You first have to let them send you a Promo-Code for the 20% off for 100 Ubipoints. You will receive an e-mail with the code. Once you have the code you can apply the Promo-Code in your cart/checkout on store.ubi.com. You should see something like "Add Promo-Code" below your product - I do not know if you can add the promo-code in the uplay application.

Alternatively, you can buy from GMG where it's also 20% off, without using your Ubi Points.

Thank you KhaleKitha that link was actually helpful.
I've managed to reach the USA support in no time, unlike the UK support that takes weeks to respond and are impossible to reach.
The USA support agent managed to help me, and I managed to get the game with a refund thanks to members on this forum.
Case closed.
