Feedback and Suggestions to Ubisoft on both Betas

Before i start, i would like to say that this is one of the most creative and immersive games i have ever played and I am truly impressed with the amount of work that has gone into it.
I fell in love with it in the alpha as soon i i picked it up and knew i would be buying it after my first few duels, and have eagerly been waiting for these betas since Jan. 1.
The reason i going to take the time to write this up is because i truly want the game to improve in any way it can and want to provide feedback on anything and everything to help

    Overall
I really enjoyed my experience, and had a lot of fun, i played alot, like 6-10 hours a day on average and i learned alot and improved alot during it. I played every game mode, and i played as all the characters, but mainly Vikings cause Vikings for life!!! I have had amazing and intense fights against equally matched opponents that came down to one mistake dictated who won. And i have had one sided matches where i have destroyed people and where i got destroyed. The game looks amazing and feels amazing

My current biggest concern is with the longevity of the game, mainly due to it having a low population, and the people who do get the game, you need to keep. Most of my friends who played the beta with me decided not to buy it, i think 1 in 5 decided to buy it and another 2 are on the fence, depending on the story mode quality. The other 2 decided the game wasn't for them. As for other people, well there is a lot of frustrated people on these forums who are frustrated because they did not understand some of the finer points of the game, something that could be easily fixed with better tutorials in game.

    Multiplayer
    Faction War
This was my biggest disapointment in the beta, why? I didnt feel like i was accomplishing anything, or affecting anything, and i did not get anything out of it. Really all it did was get in the way when i wanted to play and simply detracted from my gameplay experience by annoying me whenever it popped up.

    Orders
I liked these they are well done, and simple, and it gave me something to do when i played that helped me earn more XP and steel for my character. It would be a good idea to give specific faction determined orders in here to support the faction war and give player immediate rewards for it. As for the special event orders the only thing to add is different tier rankings to award more active participation, like top 10% get a large amount of crates and steel then 25% get slightly less and so on

    Modes
As for duel, brawl, and dominion I enjoyed and don't have anything to add, they work and they are fun. As for elimination, i like the idea but find the powerups too gamechanging, the game becomes whoever picks more up wins, i stopped playing after i realized this.

Ranking people is going to be important, people need to play others of the same skill, otherwise its no fun

    Maps
The maps are really well done, they are beautiful, and feel unique.
I found that i enjoyed the confined maps more for duels , i really do not like the maps that have a lot of enviromental hazards, specifically the insta-kill ones. At first its fun to throw someone off the edge or into spikes, but after a while it just isnt satisfying at all and being thrown into an insta-kill just makes you feel bad about yourself and dislike the other player. If there were less on the maps it might feel better, but the sheer presence of them on some just detracts from the gameplay. Lets be honest, Lake is OP,

    Connection
I dont care how the servers or connection work, i just want it to function well, and this is something that has improved greatly since the start of the Closed Beta, good job keep it up.

    Combat

It feels amazing thats basically it, its responsive and i love it! I like that its very defense oriented, as it encourages slower more drawn out play where you learn your opponent and thats where the game shines.

    Heroes

Overall they feel really good each one feels unique and each one feels powerful I would like to see individual stat values for each character

Vanguards I feel like these are the best classes right now not too slow-paced but not super squish

Warden- the best hero in the game overall, very good and adaptable moveset, very quick strikes and nimble for his size. captures the essence of a knight,
Raider- My favorite character, he fights dirty and i like it, he performs really well in most situations heavies and unblockable seem pointless unless they are feints because they are so slow
Kensei- Didn't like him personally, but he seems really good, good reach, good speed, decent damage, have one problem with him though, parrying him seems really inconsistent, sometimes i can punish it with a GB and sometimes i dont track to him, i tested this in customs the unblockables are always a free GB but the others...

Heavies Way too passive for me as a whole but they are excellent

Conqueror- another i wasnt a fan of but he is really good, the pinnacle of a wall, kind of annoying to fight but thats the point
Warlord- Used him a lot, in Closed Beta, less so in open, he is really strong both defensively and offensively through his counter-attacks like him but hes too slow-paced for me.

Assassins Love the idea, but currently not worth the risk/reward for playing them, they destroy players who cant block but anybody experienced you need to outplay by a factor of 2 to 1. Deflect does not seem worth it at all

Peacekeeper- She seems too focused on bleed for me, its honestly boring, just parry into GB into prison shanks, the shanking does amazing damage but the rest of her kit seems lackluster.
Berserker- Loved him but hes pretty unbalanced due to dauntless passive, he destroys scrubs in one combo but falls off when people can block and know his moveset
Orochi- the ultimate weeb I like his kit but did not play as him much seems alright

    Nobushi
Shes really good, i like the way of shark passive as a mix up to traditional combat, and her hidden stance is really useful... in the right conditions. personally i dont know why she cant be GB after parry unless shes pushed into a wall seems really unfair as she always has a way to back off.

    Customization

    Cosmetics
Good job on this but the more the better!!!
would like to see more emotes specifically bow types for each character, because sometimes i dont just want to weirdly T-bag people
execution effects, would love to see extra gore for one of these

    Gear
I feel like these are really well balanced, which is a good, however i want balanced(stat wise so small improvements instead) versions of the gear simply because i like the way characters are balanced, instead of one sided into a stat.

    User Interface

Some other stuff i would really like...
    Controller mapping
    Full HUD customization
