What time are servers opening up for game launch is there a worldwide launch time or is it different for each timezone.

I imagine the same as they always release things. Eastern Standard Time, most likely 12:00 AM on the 14th. -5:00 GMT
I'm down is Australia and would love to know aswell, the game releases in just over 12 hours for me and especially would like to know if my brother and I can dive right into the campaign or if we will have to wait for servers to be switched on.
