    Home base?

    Has anyone heard if there will be a usable forward operating base the ghosts can take advantage of? I'm assuming because this is an Ubisoft game, they will have central base with unlockable wings. However I am kind of holding my breath for additional REORG sites in line with the shipping containers from watch dogs 1 to be spread across the map. It would be easy for these to be covered in the story as shipping containers for Karen Bowman's NGO.

    I wish this more common in games that are open world

    Having an area you can go back to and see items/trophies/easter eggs from the game start to be displayed as you progress through the story

    Imagine seeing a notice board with all of the games HVT's on it that gets crossed off as you progress though

    I have loved this kind of things ever since playing GTA:VC where items (magazines, stacks of money, weapons and armours) would appear in your mansion as you did certain missions

    Add a wall where your loudouts and favourite weapons can be put on display is something I want to see more, and this makes sense for this kind of game being an operator.

    The cloeset things we have had to this is recent dates is MGSV helicopter, Payday 2 safe house and to a smaller degree mercenary kings but I would LOVE to see this perfected, a pefect example of your home base becoming a reflection of your playstyle/progress

    Plus it would be good to force the player to physical locations to rearm, change appearance, change loadout and modify weapons rather than have a magic invisible workbench and quarter master that follow you everywhere.

    I think there will likely be a a base feature announced later, it will just be hiding in another region

    Don't get me started on the magical backpack/workbench

    I could not agree with you anymore that loudouts, costumes, weapons and such should only be allowed to changed at bases/crates

    Im hoping being able to switch from a MP7/SNIPER loudout to a SHOTGUN/MACHINE loud out in 2 seconds will not be in the final game

    It helps add to the recon part of the game to me.

    Go to the mission area, RECON the place, go back to base and gear up for it, locate roles and talk tactics with a group

    It could also be a place you re spawn at (instead of another players exact location) so several of these bases should be able to be captured on the map and be spread out and close enough to main mission areas.

    Being a ubisoft game im surprised they didn;t think of having this area that you can capture to scope out the surroundings like assassins creed/farcry

    It was confirmed no base of operations or anything like that there is only rally points for hvt extraction I assume the ghosts just sleep in cardboard box's on the side of the road or something.

    I don't think the Ghosts ever sleep. Maybe they're actually Terminators?
