    Dedicated Servers

P2P is a bad idea. You have a GREAT game Ubisoft, but this game needs dedicated servers, not only for the ragequitters, but overall network quality. The game should not depend on another player's connection. This isn't 2004.

Used to not care, but after having so many 1v1's get lost because the opponent or I lagged a tiny microsecond and an attack landed where it should've been a parry; I agree, get Dedicated Servers, Ubi. Stop being cheap ****s, I gave you $100 for this game, used it.

Exactly. For this style of game p2p isn't gonna cut it. A lot of people aren't going to be buying the game without dedicated. Don't shoot yourselves in the foot Ubi.

I agree. The peer to peer can be incredibly annoying.

I completely agree with you guys.

This game is dependent on players activity once the hype is gone in a year or 2 for p2p & p2p less people will join every game loses it's shine and also not everyone is willing to pay 70 to 209 dollars therefore if it becomes f2p we will see a huge surge in constant sustainable game play more micro transactions and thus greater content development plus bringing in as you said dedicated servers will be great. Everyone who purchased the game prior to f2p should get a extended time with champion status plus the content to make up for it.those with Champion status get access to Future DLCs

making this game a E sport is probably the best thing ubi could do and also mix that with full Cross Platform and they would have a cash Tree that will rival anything for a long time to come as long as they water the tree of course !

Have a major DLC/expansion every year or have 2 moderate DLC's into 6 month for 1 6 month for the other. (adding new factions/classes/modes/ customization like hair and face more crosses * the Templar and Order Of Christ cross please for banner & symbol * or any other content)

So basically 10 DlC for 10 years ching ching micros

I personally would of loved to see a single player offline story mode which brings in the tutorial in such a way. Also creating a game mode with our noble Shield House banner recruiting and customizing AI classes as our own personal team that all wear our banner.

Just something so those who do not have internet access can practice and head up to multiplayer when connection is on.

To everyone that think dedicated servers will reduce sensibly ping... you evidently are not very informed. The ping would be based on distance from your PC to the server instead that on the distance from the host. So the people closer to the server automatically get better connection than you.

P2P is not the reason the game is having connection problems and the slow matchmaking. Those problems happen because the interaction with servers are not optimal right now.

Just think what would have been the beta if instead of p2p we had dedicated servers... I will tell you: we would have far more than a few hours of downtime we got the first day and the overall quality of the matches would not be improved much and only in 4v4 matches as 1v1 and 2v2 are definitely favored by p2p.

Sounds good to me...not a fan of the micro transactions but if it were f2p, well obviously that's acceptable. It's such a great game and has loads of potential.

The ragequitters are my issue. Thanks for the input, though.
