Agreed. For Honor has accomplished something in feeling immersive and epic from its animations, sound design, graphics, combat etc., but emote spamming by itself ruins that. Not only does it look completely ridiculous, but it's also bad mannered as hell and people just use it to troll. There's nothing healthy about that.
You shouldn't be able to animation cancel your emotes, and there should be a cooldown on spamming them. Like 3 emotes every 15 seconds or something.
It's not a huge deal by any means, but it gives trolls and griefers a tool to just make the game a less enjoyable experience. No real positives to be had.
Ok, I've already put a fair number of holes in my wall because I raged at repeatedly losing to a sister ****ing ******* dog crap mother humping moronic waste of human life **** stain piss drinking little piece of garbage conqueror that would use cheap tactics to win then spam the pelvic thrust emote afterwards and spammed the emote when I took a more cautious approach to mock me. But I think the emote spam should remain. I believe in player freedom (hence why I'm ok with For Honor's microtransactions), and as much as I hate the arrogant little ****s who do this, it is their freedom to show the world how full of themselves they are.
