1) Very rarely, you will get into a match, however the menu screen/options screen cursor will still be present which refuses you to control anything that involves the mouse in the game. (It's the same cursor when you go into a game and press esc, except it still remains after you exit the options menu) Moving your mouse will only move the cursor around and not the camera.

2) Very rarely, the blurred background in the matchmaking process remains in the game, so all the graphics are blurred out. From my experience, the only thing that will not be blurred out in the outlines present in the combat HUD.

3) An exploit may occur when you are killed in a match and the host disconnects quickly after the killing blow. It will revert the killing blow and cause you to be alive once after the host migration occurs, which can allow for some unfair wins/losses. Can possibly be exclusive to non-executions, however I have not tested it yet.

4) Occasionally, a man who is pushed off the map or killed while dying near terrain will fling upwards very quickly.

This isn't a bug report but a suggestion. If there ever is a system that keeps track of your KDA, please make it only count for the last 300-500 matches, or even more maybe. I'm saying this because a lot of times you feel like you are improving, however because of 500-1000 matches of horrible KDA is going to bring the average down significantly, and most importantly it will not match your current skill level. A lot of times it demotivates me and makes me play extremely safe so I don't scar my own counter.
