    It should be after 5 to 7 business days! If not, you'll need to contact your banking institution.

I looked into this issue for you and was able to see that you have created a support ticket ( 12719544 ) and were informed that your region's support is currently working to resolve this issue for you by processing your request! With that said, you should receive an email with next steps once it has been completed. Afterwards, you should be able to remove your payment method here!

    Charged Twice

    I purchased Uplay+ for 14.99 after taxes came out to be $16.45 on October 4 2020 and got an email this morning saying that payment failed. Why am I being charged twice? correct this issue thanks

Support is not able to process refunds over the forums, so I would strongly suggest opening a case at support.ubi.com to receive assistance from your regional Store team.     WarSkrecky: Hi, WarSkrecky! Thanks for reaching out about this! Are you able to update your ticket with a screenshot of what you were billed? You may have been billed for the subscription and the holding fee to ensure it would go through.
