    seriously... I got tripel charged just buying 15 dollars worth of Helix credits for Odyssey on the store. They keep saying WAIT AND SEE WAIT AND SEE

    but im owed restitution for the mistake they caused because they almost caused me to go into overdraft. IF i had purchased a game like all yall did, i would've because they tripel charged me .

    Imagine if someone had purchased one of their expensive hundreds of dollar editions and they got riple charged...overdraft and bankfees out the wazoo.

    Im owed restitution, as well as everyone else that had this mistake happen to them.

    Got charged twice and didnt got the game

    So i was gonna buy the division 2 and i apply a discount code that didnt even work and i got charged twice after getting an error. So i got charged and didnt got the game. ._.

    Incredible how this continues to happen. I just submitted my ticket. I'm going to Reddit Army and Twitter to grab Uplay's attention because that is the only obvious way to do things in the times we're living in. This isn't a personal checking/credit account issue. This is a poorly implemented interface between the banking institutions and Uplay. I never had this issue with Origin or Steam.

    Was also just charged 2 times, got uplay+ for me and my buddy and got charged last night and again this morning, is there anyway to get this resolved fairly quickly? Would hate to be out an extra 30$ considering I'm on a budget.

    Charged twice while subscribing to uplay+

    Same happened to me, got uplay+ 2 days ago, 12 hours after the purchase they charged me too. Got an ongoing ticket but to no avail.
    I even posted a thread here but it didn't get the desired attention, that's why i'm posting here too.

    If you wait for Ubisoft support to do anything, you will be waiting until your fingers stop working and you’re no longer able to game as an old man. Do what I did, stop payment if it’s a credit card directly with your CC/Debit company. File a dispute with PayPal if you paid that way. Ubisoft is not compelled to help you get your money back, you just need to do it yourself. It’s a shame that a multi-billion dollar company has zero clue how to run a store front. Maybe class action litigation would get their attention?
