    good luck ahhhhh the store page say "store degradation issues" please keep an eye on our support page for updates. I was just informed that because i made the purchase on my debit i cant dispute. so im at the mercy of ubisoft at this point. And judging by the many threads showing this very same problem they dont tend resolve these issues very quickly if at all. Youd think there would be somthing in place that if the game cant be delivered they wouldnt allow a purchase to go through. And their explainations are vague and sparse.

    Got to love the fact they post issues about their store over half hour (or more?) than when the issues probably first started. I understand that they probably didnt know, but it sucks when you get screwed. Same thing happened to me today, went to purchase Ghost Recon: Wildlands and my transaction went through, and I have the recipt, but it still isnt in my library (credit card was charged)

    My daughter purchased it, and hers went through and is fine and dandy. (She purchased it 10 minutes before I did.) Then my husband went to purchase his (seeing as we all play together) and his completely screwed up and said the store was temp. unavailable, but the credit card was charged anyway. Now whether that was a hold and will fall off the card in 7-10 days, I dont know. But dont want to purchase it a second time, for either of us, if it's a legit charge. So now we both have a support ticket open and wont find out for 48 hours or so. Sigh. Would be good to find out and get this sorted out before the sale is up. =/

    Just purchased the Standard Edition and never received game. I was charged on my bank account and I do see the receipt in My Orders but still no game anywhere.

    i've tried to purchase The Crew 2, i didn't received any confirmations of any sorts, looked in my bank and i was charged 3 times for the game, game isn't even available for download

    Hi guys! If you went to order something and did not get a confirmation of your order, but were still charge, this means your order failed. You should not have been charged, but in this case an authorization hold was placed on your account. Depending on your bank, it will take up to 10 business days for the charge to fall off. We have this FAQ about failed orders.
    Generally, I would recommend waiting for the charges to fall off before trying again. Additionally, you can try an approved digital retailer instead!

    Does this mean ubisoft is going to do absolutely nothing to resolve this issue? not even an explanation of what went wrong? No explanation of why I got charged twice? Just refer me to a failed order FAQ that tells me I have to now wait 7-10 days to make sure I get my money back. What then if I dont? Come back to ubisoft and deal with your horrendously slow feedback? This is absolutely insane. Please provide a number to call so I can speak to someone in person about this.

    During the time you attempted to make a purchase, there was an ongoing issue with the shop. This would have caused a duplicate attempt on your account, as the purchases failed.
    If you do not get the money after 10 business days, you can submit a ticket to your regional shop team so they may investigate it. Please note we are currently experiencing a high volume of contact, so response time may be delayed. We appreciate your patience as the team works to respond to everyone they can. I completely understand this is a frustration situation, especially as it has to deal with money you used to try to purchase a product. I can assure you that you should be getting your money back soon.

    So no you are not doing anything to resolve this. Just wait and see...your money SHOULD be returned...Got it....I feel bad for anyone that may miss an important payment or overdraw their account because of ubisoft's mistake... will you be compensating customers for overdraft fees or late fees??...probably not..especially considering that 9 out of ten complaints regarding this issue involve multiple erroneous purchases some in excess of 1 to $200..should and if are not words that should be thrown around when dealing with people's money you took...the mistake is on your end...and the best you can do is tell them wait...after 10 business days I dont get my money back how long should I expect to wait then while you "investigate" the issue? Get your **** together and remedy this situation promptly. This is borderline fraud...that's what should be getting investigated.

    Bad customer service

    I have two support cases stating that ubisoft charge my credit card THREE times for the purchase of The Division 2 Standard Edition. Nobody has replied within the 48 hour window. You guys need to get your **** together. 10 days waiting for ot to "fall off" is ******** you should fully refund all of it and give me the game for free at this point with an upgrade to gold. High number of tickets means you guys are not spending your own money properly and taken advantage of our credit cards instead.
