I've bought anno 2070 today, received and downloaded the game, but when I checked my credit card status it said it's been charged twice for the same amount. When I purchased it from the store it failed the first time, which I assume still charged for it. Is it possible that the failed first attempt will be refunded in the 7-10 business day authorization hold? Order number is 11181172. Thank you in advance.

Ok then, why dont i have access to my game? When purchasing I was notified twice that an error occurred.Once said payment could not be processed the second said there was a problem but dont worry no funds were taken. and my account shows "no orders yet".but my bank shows two deductions. made support ticket and was told 48 hours i will be contacted??? that is absolute garbage. i tried with 2 different cards thinking i had a problem with the first card. so should i assume i was charged on that card too even tho it said couldnt be processed? What number can i call to get this resolved immediately?
After looking at the links NZPlayer has shared its quite clear Ubisoft has no intentions on fixing or exepditing this issue. They say its just a hold on your account and after 10 days if its not resolved reach out to another support team. I will instead be disputing the charges on both cards. I suggest all others having this issue do the same. 120$ isnt going to bankrupt me by any means ( i can see it being a huge issue for others) but this is pretty sad. A computer software company cant create an online store that can handle basic purchases and even worse cant resolve issues for for over a week? WOW!!
