    I was Charged 5 times for AC Vallhalla

    Hello I was charged 5 times for AC Valhalla and nothing shows in my order tab.

    Welcome to the forums, HanzzPico and Ryan_Stav! I'm extremely sorry to hear about these purchasing issues you've both been having while trying to pre-order Assassin's Creed Valhalla. Did either of you receive multiple confirmation emails from Ubisoft regarding these charges?

    I paid for a subscription. And you try take money twice, Second time you cant stole my money because I have manual set limit on my card.
    Now I see "No UPLAY+" in my account. BUT I PAID FOR IT TODAY 15 USD.

    I bought AC Valhalla on ubistore, not showing up on library > requested for a refund > nope. Then proceeded to subscribe to ubisoft + > games i wanted did show up > got double charge for whatever ******g reason.

    This happned to me twice as well on AC:V sadly I had no support from ubi only contact your paypal. If any oen having problems using paypal just file a dispute on their as this only way I been able to get any were after paypal advised me to do this

    I got a "Potential fraud attempt notification" email for each of the 5 times I attempted an order. Just from using my account in a completely normal way through my web browser. The only potential fraud that may occur is that one of the attempts was on my credit card, and the amount is now shown as "pending" - as long as that goes away OK. But I guess I miss this sale - Ubisoft doesn't want my custom - it's website doesn't work properly, so it thinks it's fraud?

    I purchased Assassins Creed Valhalla, but it charged me a total 3 times, one time for my current game and an extra 2 time, it would be really helpful if you can solve that issue, I have added a reference picture for the order history hope that will help,

    However, when I tried to order at first, it failed to confirm the payment issue, that might lead to multiple order, your help would be really appreciated
