I got a "Potential fraud attempt notification" email for each of the 5 times I attempted an order. Just from using my account in a completely normal way through my web browser. The only potential fraud that may occur is that one of the attempts was on my credit card, and the amount is now shown as "pending" - as long as that goes away OK. But I guess I miss this sale - Ubisoft doesn't want my custom - it's website doesn't work properly, so it thinks it's fraud?
I purchased Assassins Creed Valhalla, but it charged me a total 3 times, one time for my current game and an extra 2 time, it would be really helpful if you can solve that issue, I have added a reference picture for the order history hope that will help,
