- Network problems: This, I'm sure has been said a lot, but, the game has too much network problems for being a game that's about to be released in 2 days. The most notorious that I've been having are 1v1 matchup queue times, 4v4 premade group disconnects and the damn crazy things that happen when several players leave the matches, get replaced by bots and then those bots get replaced by new players. I don't know if this would be fixed with dedicated servers, but as far as lag goes, I don't have any issues with that even though the game uses P2P.
- Running abuse: How in the world does running for ages not cost any stamina? There are matches in elimination where my rivals just start running before facing me and try to get some advantages such as power-ups or try to 2v1 one of my teammates. I've faced guys too that in even 1v1 duels they just ran off to where a cliff is so that they can get enviromental kill advantages. I think that running forever should be punishable so that the ones chasing could get to them and force them to fight.
- One man revenge build-up: This one is quite weird, as I understand it, revenge is a way to punish players for ganging up on someone in a Xv1 situation, yes? Then how is it that in a long 1v1 duel, one of the duel players can get revenge? This is even worse in 4v4 modes where one can just start to stack items that let you build up revenge, and just at the start of the match in a 1v1 situation get revenge right off the bat and get a huge boost against your rival for no actual reason.
- Faction war: This is a really cool concept, but I don't feel it has been executed as good as it sounds. I'm sure that most players don't even know how it works or forget to deploy assets. I'm not sure myself where to put them either, attacking or defending? Should I give reinforcements to a losing territory or should I attack an overwhelmed zone by my troops? In the end it is just a chaotic dump of war assets randomly placed that benefits on constant grinding instead of any kind of war strategy.
- Color customization: Maybe this is useless, and dumb, but I think that players should be allowed to choose the color schemes, at least on their 1v1 outfits. What I mean is, instead of blocking schemes, the game should block colors by level and let you choose 3 colors for your armor. Everything else could remain the same.
- Any kind of alarm sound when the game finds a match: Since the game barely has music, something rare on a game made by the guys that brought us the AC OST, an alarm sound for when a match is ready should be a must, don't you think?
There are other things like some fixing on the UI, background browsing while waiting for a match, or waiting while it loads that the game could use but as for now I don't think there is anything else that bothers me except the things listed above, already made my pre-order hoping that I've made the right call and this game gets the amount of praise the fixed Rainbox Six Siege has acquired. I'm sure that with time it will get better, so please, don't abandon this project.
