The throwing axes and bows are pretty easy to dodge it takes them a good second to go through the throwing animation, one quick dash will be enough. The AoE ones like arrow storm or catapult are take a second or two to hit the ground just roll out of the circle as soon as you see it. Plus it is elimination just go run away and get the health or shield perk or equip that op healing move Nabushi starts with.
