From my perspective it's the time it takes to get off her attacks and the counter range. For example, if I can keep you at range then I can pick you apart. Up close if I miss the amount of damage I am going to take becomes exponential.

Learn to block!
Learn to sidestep!
Learn to parry!
Learn to deflect! (if your char can deflect)
Learn the matchup!!!!! (especially learn which moves of your opponent are unsafe and punishable, then learn the highest damage punish for every situation)
The 20hours you have put into the game should have gone into training the above mentioned stuff.
As someone else already said, this is not an action rpg hack and slay game. This is a fighting game. Learning the basics is essential in fighting games and you clearly didn´t do that yet.
Man I don't want to get into this nobushi op topic, but you have a very interesting way to measure a character's health. They are squishy, and they are S tier 1v1 hero, this is not a turn based game, and consider shugoki has the slowest heavy in game, if you are on guard and get hit by that then yeah, they are totally trash tier that way.Originally Posted by MiraiNet Go to original post
Me neither, but her zone attack is pretty decent, may have been a bug but my counquror lost have his health due to that one attack. Have tried to do it myself but only took a little over a bar. This was not the stability, but the swing before bleed stab. If it matters I were standing to her right side when it hit me (half health gone) anyone seen or done this much damage ???
As an Orochi main this isn't accurate, while high level nobushi can give me trouble I still know that one opening and she's in trouble. I think what a LOT of people are missing is every hero has a counter hero who is going to be problematic and just because you or your main struggles against Nobushi doesn't mean she's broken or that you need to git gud. It could simply be a mismatch, if you're struggling with multiple heroes against her it could just be in your head.
The fact that every hero has an opposite actually helps balance in the end. There's a cure to every poison in this game (except connection apparently) you just haven't found yours yet.
Nobushi's light attacks probably only beat out heavy characters and some of the kensei's. If you're at range you have a longer indicator to block her attacks. Nobushi's guard change is at the bottom of the barrel so unleashing a flurry of attacks on her are hard to manage in this p2p game. Nobushi is a low tier character, she needs a buff to her kick, guard change and hidden stance.
The reason you have so much trouble with her is you never play against them because nobody wants to play a difficult hero that gives little in return. Every nobushi player here would be a god warden. You're all lucky we don't switch mains.
