Feedback on open beta - suggest need more friendly fire

I'm not sure if anyone else noticed this, but during open beta, it seems the games are incredibly unbalanced and it seems it because people have started to figure out that roaming around in a group of four and ganking 1 at a time works very well. So you are seeing games where it's 100 or so to 1200 as final score.

I'm not sure how to make the games more fun but perhaps more friendly fire damage would help?

It's called strategy, if your team isn't going to use it your going to lose.

Right lets add more damage to teammates instead of learning a strategy...

Friendly fire should stay where it is or even go away. It's not a huge problem and both teams can stick together for safety.

Hmm perhaps, but it's not really strategy if everyone just has to stick together every game every time. I can see this being a serious problem going forward. It also makes more sense to have team damage be upped a bit anyway as you are getting hit with a weapon. It should be more punishing to just spam attacks in a big group at 1 dude.

Perhaps I'm in the minority though. Give it some time, I suppose

Hey S8Canadian - thanks for the feedback! We'll be paying close attention to developing strategies and metas as the game grows. I'll be moving this into the feedback forums so you can continue the discussion there

Thanks. BTW, I was suggesting true damage or anything. Just a bump, to discourage it. I've not once been killed by a team mate spamming and hitting me yet. I've even stood in a team mates fire and didn't die. So I was simply thinking that "maybe" it should be upped just a little so that people have to be a tiny bit more careful I could be 100% wrong.

In elimination mode this is annoying, In domination it's not a problem at all.

I've gotten pushed off of ledges because of my team pushes enemies into me, or disrupting my attacks which stagger me and make me fall. I've caused bleed damage to my team mates from my bombs and my spear jabs. I've been killed by my team's catapults and arrow storms. Friendly fire is ridiculous enough as it is.

Friendly fire should do more damage than it does now. Right now, it hardly does any damage at all, just staggers allies. Maybe if friendly fire was more punishing, people would actually git gud and stop flailing about wildly like a bunch of braindead morons.
