Can't invite a friend to a party. Can't Join a party either. (PC)

I can't invite my friend to a party or join his party. We recieve an error "You failed to join the group, try again later." It has been like this for over an hour now. Yesterday it worked fine.
Both of our NAT icons are green. Have tried multiple restarts on steam , uplay and windows. We are from the same country. Same city.

Any idea What could be causing this ?

    Hi there, shanbazall,

    Welcome to the forum!

Even though your NAT type is showing green I would advise carrying out the steps posted here: http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php...roubleshooting

    Additionally please try the following:

    1. In the search box on the taskbar, type Device Manager, and then select Device Manager from the list of results.
    2. In Device Manager, select Network adapters > the network adapter name.
    3. Right-click (or press and hold) the network adapter, and then select Update Driver Software > Search automatically for updated driver software. Follow the steps, then select Close.
    4. After installing the updated driver, select the Start button > Power > Restart if asked to restart, and see if that fixes the connection issue.

I (A) ran through those steps and still didn't work for me nor to my friend (calling him B). The thing is, we both have a mutual friend (C) which we both are able to join.

    Scenarios:

A as host can invite C, but cannot invite B.
B as host can invite C, but cannot invite A.
C as host can invite both, but when A joins B cannot join.
C as host can invite both, but when B joins A cannot join.

A and B has the same ISP provider.

    Ideas?
